2048 is an interesting puzzle game that features simple controls and strategic elements. In this game, players need to move tiles bearing numbers within a grid, and match them together so that bigger numbers can be formed out of smaller ones. The objective here is to create the coveted 2048 tile while also earning as many scores as possible.
The gameplay of 2048 is simple to comprehend. In playing the game, the player controls all tiles by pressing either of the four arrow keys, which enables movement to any direction he chooses.
In moving all the tiles in a single direction, when two tiles bearing the same numerical value touch each other, their values add together to form one tile whose value is that of the total. Such moves earn points for the player and provide more spaces.
At the end of each move, a new tile appears automatically. Thus, careful consideration has to be exercised before the tiles are slid.
