Chainle

Chainle is a daily word game that tests your vocabulary and logical thinking. In this word puzzle game, unlike the classic guessing of the hidden word based on the available letters, you have to find the word that fits the clue words. Your result will depend on how well the meaning of the guessed word matches each clue.

How to Play Chainle

In this puzzle game, you are given the clue words separated by a gap, and you should type in the word that will connect the given words. You can get a tomato after seeing a pizza and a pasta since both are related to it. No answer is the only right one, and you have to think of meanings.

Diverse Types of Puzzles in Chainle

Chainle is full of different puzzles that will challenge you. You will need to make a connection between two words by using only one word in the two-word bridge. A three-word bridge will require you to guess the word that is somehow related to the three words at once. Closest connection asks for the word that has the same meaning as the clue.

Score Points With Smart Guesses

The number of points you get is based on how well your guess fits each clue. You will get very few points for a word that just matches one clue. The better your guess is compared to the best possible connection, the more points you will get. You can score the maximum 1,000 points for a round when both the chains of clues meet in the middle.

Controls

  • Type: Guess a word that fits the two sets of clues.
  • Submit: Guessing sends in your guess for scoring.
  • Think hard: Guess a word that fits all the clues.

Challenge Your Vocabulary Daily

Chainle consists of five rounds that offer 5,000 points in total. Every player gets the same puzzle on a daily basis, which is quite interesting to compete with your peers in terms of your scores. There is always a possibility of getting higher scores by discovering alternative definitions and going beyond obvious solutions.
