Ultimate TicTacToe is derived from the rules of classic tic-tac-toe but transformed into a fascinating strategy game. This game involves playing in not one but nine smaller grids in the form of a square grid. It is your goal to win a small board and place three marks in a row before your opponent.
Each move has two intentions: occupying a space and determining where your opponent needs to make their next move. The space you occupy is linked to a particular mini board; this is where your opponent will play their next move. This unique rule makes each move significant, as it gives your opponent an opportunity through an innocent-looking move.
To be victorious, you should think of several steps in advance. Concentrate on forming your own lines on individual boards while making sure that the opponent will not have a chance to form theirs. In certain cases, you may give up a small advantage to control the whole grid. Take into account the fact whether there are won or filled boards, since it may influence your possibilities.
Select a game mode and make a move by placing a symbol in an empty cell of the first board. The cell you choose determines the mini board that your opponent should move in. Continue the game by trying to form three cells in a row on one of the mini boards. Having won three mini boards in horizontal, vertical, or diagonal lines, you will have won the whole game. If the opponent sends you to a board that is won or filled, you can pick any board.
